To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. Customers will receive a follow-up email confirmation with tracking information once order has been shipped. *All shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

For Domestic South-Africa : Orders are shipped via StarTrack.

For International : Orders are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the shipment weight and country of destination.

Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days after the order processing and payment verification. International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders.

 

Voodoo Hockey is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
